Welcome to Somnia's fifth ATP & EMP Meme! This is the place to be if you're interested in the game's setting, if you're unsure about who you'd like to bring or if you just want to check out the vibes. Remember that the EMP is open to all, and you don't need an invite to participate in the slightest!

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THIS APP ROUND: With September marking the start of the game's second arc, there will be a setting shift and thus we'll be skipping a TDM/app round for that month to better situate our current players. With that said, our next app round after this one will only being in October, so I've decided to uncap the game and thus the number of apps coming in this round and going forward (at least until where I feel like I can handle it).

IN SUMMARY, If you have interest in apping, now might be a good time if you do not wish to wait three months for the next round, or risk the game getting capped again!



Dates to note are as follows:

- EVENT/TDM: June 1st
- RESERVES: June 12th
- APPS: June 19th - 24th

An opportunity for players who do not have invites to post their interest in receiving one will be available on the TDM as a mod comment to reply to. Current players may extend their invites, and if you don't know anyone in the game, the mod will make a decision to send an invite (note that this does not guarantee one). Just like our EMP, you do not need an invite to participate in the TDM, either— only to reserve and app.

More seriously a Dipper would be fabulous, but with Ford, it almost pays to not have his family around so he's forced to try and form new connections. He can't just point at Stan, Dipper and Mabel and be like 'see, three whole friends. Ignore that they are my family members. I don't need to make NEW friends'. He'll be so excited to talk to somebody else who has extensive space/cosmic horror experience.

Cato has had to shoot many, many alternate dimension iterations of his adopted father animated as ferocious zombies, as well as been on a planet when it got exploded by two cosmic giant gods fighting because one slammed the other's head into it.

They're gonna have so much to be like "that's rough, buddy" about.

That's just how the multiverse is smdh. It's okay Ford has a really good life hack for dealing with it which is just not acknowledging or talking about it ever and furiously deflecting whenever anybody tries to make you do so. You survived so it's fine and nobody needs to examine it further than that because it wouldn't be an efficient use of time. This method works great and has not caused him any problems at all.
