Behold, an opportunity to gather.
Welcome to Somnia's fifth ATP & EMP Meme! This is the place to be if you're interested in the game's setting, if you're unsure about who you'd like to bring or if you just want to check out the vibes. Remember that the EMP is open to all, and you don't need an invite to participate in the slightest!
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR THIS APP ROUND: With September marking the start of the game's second arc, there will be a setting shift and thus we'll be skipping a TDM/app round for that month to better situate our current players. With that said, our next app round after this one will only being in October, so I've decided to uncap the game and thus the number of apps coming in this round and going forward (at least until where I feel like I can handle it).
IN SUMMARY, If you have interest in apping, now might be a good time if you do not wish to wait three months for the next round, or risk the game getting capped again!

- EVENT/TDM: June 1stAn opportunity for players who do not have invites to post their interest in receiving one will be available on the TDM as a mod comment to reply to. Current players may extend their invites, and if you don't know anyone in the game, the mod will make a decision to send an invite (note that this does not guarantee one). Just like our EMP, you do not need an invite to participate in the TDM, either— only to reserve and app.

And man Diluc will be more chill this time. Which makes sense, he wonโt be memory loss paraniod this time.

Luci is a bit more grounded and sassy, but he somehow got adopted by a couple HSRs and has just started minding the bar since the last barkeep dropped.
He has no idea what he's doing, so he's just babysitting the people with bad coping skills and making mystery slushies, since he can't read any of the labels because they're in English.
