MURMURS FROM LAST NIGHT

strange things happen in the night. maybe you drink, or dream, or get high as a kite, and it's hard to hide it! especially when we're all collectively connected in a way! the rules are quite simple! you may even know them by now.

Blissfully, no, they seem to fall off wherever I transform. I wish I could bring them with me, but I cannot.

The difficulty sometimes comes in remembering where they were left.

i'd be pretty mad too if i had to keep looking for where my clothes went whenever i wake up!

Some of it, not all of it. A bit like a night with many spirits imbibed.

The comparison with alcohol is apt in more ways than one, though, as I said, I find it significantly less fun than being drunk. At least those handicapped inhibitions come with some measure of joy.

can't imagine 'sleep' being the answer for that one since you did mention a sword!

What, when I transform?

Run out a lot of energy and attack things, that I can tell. I usually wake with the taste of blood on the back of my tongue, and it is not my own. I imagine I am hunting things, but I really mostly remember the thrill of the chase and the catch.

Could not make it any worse, I suppose.

But I think it is wise to watch out. I don't know that I control myself very well in that form, so I cannot guarantee I would not harm someone. I can't guarantee I wouldn't harm someone anyway, anymore.

i know it'd probably be unpleasantt
but would you be open to some kind of containment during episodes like that?

( is that sort of thing even possible for someone wolfing out the way she does? )

i guess the alternative would be to give you something more fun to chase otherwise
i can't imagine hosts being good sport

No. And I live in the north, near a park with wildlife, and well away from most others here. Not venturing near me should be easy.

Hosts make for fine enough quarry otherwise, but especially when they are riled up as they have been of late.
