Not a damn thing, but I'm good at cleaning, and I can figure anything out with a book and some time. I'm sure there's a Construction For Dummies somewhere in this city. Is the cafe in that bad of shape?
Some of the walls have rotted, and I am unsure about its stability. A thorough investigation should first be conductedβΈ» for the safety of the felines, of course.
What if we chose a different location? We could move all the things we need to the new place, get it set up all safely, maybe raid a petstore for some additional supplies. That'd cut down on the work, and speed up your chance to spend time with a bunch of cute, mutated cats.

Mm, people could buy pets there, but they could also get everything a pet needed to live a comfy life. Food, treats, toys, beds, medicine. You name it, they probably had it. I can't imagine they've been raided too badly, either. At the very least, we'll be able to get cat trees and toys for them.
