Indulging him may soften Ratio up to being open on recoding a version of the Divergent Universe as a player plot project to give non-combatants a way to safely learn and combatants a way to blow off steam.

Have the guinea pigs tell Ratio about their worlds and monsters in them some and he might be convinced to add them to the DU. Its enrichment for the both of them.

Adding everyone's worlds and monsters in DU would be fantastic, though!! It's especially exciting for our trailblazing raccoon. New places to see!

But yeah, it’d give Ratio another thing to do and feel productive about. He’d probably need to make a form to fill out for information on monster appearances, abilities, behavior, attack patterns. And world appearances and mechanics.

And yes, definitely! I'll be happy to contribute ideas to it if you need more minds and such. I'm really hoping DU gets approved! It'll be such a fascinating feature to have around.
That aside, I need to tell you that Caelus has been taste-testing weird shit here (like zombie chicken eggs) and stressing the hell out of the HSR cast and his friends. But he's still alive and found new edible food for them! Yay!
I'm also just so 🥺💖 over Caelus finally reuniting with his dear professor. Even if that means the homework and sudden quizzes to his face returning. But he's a loyal student, he'll keep up with his studies!! Even if he whines about them!!

Legit DU would be so fascinating because aside from letting people get a taste of each other’s homes (though Ratio wouldn’t program in anything listed as Traumatic) it could easily be played for horror by getting a bunch of people stuck in it at one point.
Ratio is going to be so concerned for Caelus’ stomach. You young man are going to get a checkup if you get sick from those.
Caelus’ enthusiasm would genuinely be reliving to Ratio as normality in this place. All the Ratiolings except Catio would like him for that enthusiasm.
Granted, Ducktio probably likes everyone and only speaks like 1-5 words max so I don’t have to write much for it and also ducks are not known for their intelligence.
Owltio is won over by being the dear Professor (clearly Caelus is referring to this one and not Ratio. One is a much better teacher clearly.) Thus Caelus is safe from violence unless acting first in the Ratioling Rebellion Plot.
Catio’s main issue is just Caelus being Aventurine attention competition but not edible looking like Sunday so the cat is just left in a tsundere state of ‘I GUESS this one is okay for now. Being praised is nice anyway.’
I’m excited to see this play out too as Ratio already having a duckling following him around and able to rally others to the ‘Go To School’ cause will be extremely amusing.
Caelus should be the one to bring up recreating the DU. Ratio probably wouldn’t immediately think of trying such a thing in the current situation, but Caelus bringing missing it up could easily lead to a conversation about recreating it here.

"getting a bunch of people stuck in it at one point." Oh. That really is an instant horror experience, especially if the current program was something terrible, LOL.
As for Caelus's enthusiasm, it's true. 🥺 He's still the hyper energetic raccoon we know and adore. Other people feel the same way; they appreciate his energy, and his cheeriness does bring smiles to them. And don't worry about his stomach too, he's still doing okay so far!!! But Ratio should insist and check on him anyway. For everyone's peace of mind!
I can't wait to interact with all the Kimera Ratio animals. Caelus will do his best to stabilize Ratio's mind and mood so he doesn't go crazy talking to himself all the time. No matter which Ratio is active though, all of them are getting hugs equally!!
And yes, sure! That's easily doable. Caelus can bring up DU anytime.
Ratio should totally open a school for real, though! We do have young people around the game, like his number 1 student Caelus. Maybe even some of the adults want to attend skill workshops or something. Learn new things/pick up new talents.

He is getting fussed over in Ratio’s usual harsh “Explain to me in 20 words or less why you thought that was a good idea.” Kind of way.
Bless. I’m sure Ratio will immediately jump onto both projects in an extremely healthy way and not at all as a way to ignore the ‘intrusive thoughts’ in his head growing louder overtime.
Legit though, if Caelus snoops with tuning and notices 4 tunable ‘people’ in Ratio’s body, he’d probably have the best chance of noticing what’s wrong before it blows up in everyone’s faces.
Which is why he should aim for another Praise of High Morals item instead and not snoop on why Ratio seems to be getting headaches often, sleepwalking, and talking to other people when he’s not aware anyone else is around.
Or at least talk and agree to wait until morning before proposing the ‘Uh Oh This Place Copy Pasted Dumber Ratios With Crappy Printer Ink’ theory this morning.
It’d be a way less traumatic reveal for everyone than a murder game esque investigation of a torn up hotel room. The Ratiolings interpreting Ratio’s reaction to the idea as a threat to them would give them reason to unite for the first time and do that unionizing in order to runaway first.
But who says we can’t have both?
Sunday is too polite and aware of tuning social taboos to do such a thing without permission, while the trailblazer runs around Penacony emotionally shaking people down for sweet sweet emogears and side quests. So post-discovery the game plan could have been to call in the tuning expert to poke around more in the morning.

Caelus will definitely talk it over with Ratio himself first before telling anyone else. And he trusts Ratio being able to realize his situation after Caelus talks to him about it, and will take appropriate steps himself rather than hear out a raccoon's suggestions. But of course, Caelus is always open to doing anything to help Ratio out.

God. Imagine if that conversation with Caelus unintentionally tips the domino that leads to the scenario I outlined with Sirius below.
Ratio wanting to destress his mind from the revelation from Caelus goes to play chess with Sirius, but due to backseating from the Ratiolings and being distracted, loses.
Chess being Serious Business to Ratio and the Ratiolings, this leads to an argument later that night about how Ratio doesn’t listen to them, him snapping back that if he did then he’d have taken bites out of multiple people by now. “There are multitudes of actions you can take instead of back seating my life with idiotic suggestions and commentary. Try those.”
Then that’s when the Ratiolings essentially go ‘Wait no your right. We can try front seating.’ and uno reverse card revolt and takeover. Because if Caelus says they feel separate then that means they must have some control over the body too, right?
Then to the surprise involved it actually works. With the Ratiolings then essentially going ‘We found the solution. You stay in the timeout corner, we’re going to go do what we want.’
Then promptly go get lost enough to comeback hungry enough to start attacking people, or just straight up start doing that to prey looking people because cats and birds don’t really need reasons beyond ‘I SEE FOOD’ to do that.
The mental image of the Ratiolings just putting Caelus firmly on the ‘Friend not Food’ list because they unintentionally got enabled via revelation of being potentially separate enough existences by then makes me smile.
