Welcome to Somnia's third ATP & EMP Meme! This is the place to be if you're interested in the game's setting, if you're unsure about who you'd like to bring or if you just want to check out the vibes. Remember that the EMP is open to all, and you don't need an invite to participate in the slightest!

Dates to note are as follows:

- EVENT/TDM: December 1st
- RESERVES: December 12th
- APPS: December 19th - 25th

An opportunity for players who do not have invites to post their interest in receiving one will be available on the TDM as a mod comment to reply to. Current players may extend their invites, and if you don't know anyone in the game, the mod will make a decision (note that this does not guarantee an invite). Just like our EMP, you do not need an invite to participate in the TDM, either— only to reserve and app.

Oh my god, possible mad science bros. Julian was developmentally delayed so his parents had him get mad science genetically engineered to be the ideal that they wanted so has a lot of insecurity and resentment because the boy he used to be, "Jules," wasn't enough for them and he feels almost like they murdered his past self so his current self can wear his skin.

Their bullshit was a lot more subtle but he would sympathize so hard with someone just plastered together from parts. Julian at least got to come out looking pretty but his self-worth has the scars all over it from his mad sciencing. And the creature not just getting the nurturing education he deserved would be aaaah

As a doctor, he'd also be horrified. He's done some dubiously ethical shit but he definitely aims for helping his patients as much as he can. He'd absolutely realize he needs help with his growth and be passing him any books he can scavenge and trying to teach him things.
