Welcome to Somnia's fourth ATP & EMP Meme! This is the place to be if you're interested in the game's setting, if you're unsure about who you'd like to bring or if you just want to check out the vibes. Remember that the EMP is open to all, and you don't need an invite to participate in the slightest!

Dates to note are as follows:

- EVENT/TDM: March 1st
- RESERVES: March 13th
- APPS: March 20th - 26th

An opportunity for players who do not have invites to post their interest in receiving one will be available on the TDM as a mod comment to reply to. Current players may extend their invites, and if you don't know anyone in the game, the mod will make a decision (note that this does not guarantee an invite). Just like our EMP, you do not need an invite to participate in the TDM, either— only to reserve and app.

I would love to see another chronomancer in game, especially one with worries about becoming unstuck in time since my boy is starting wander into that realm. Right now he's reversing his age for short times after power overuse, and I'm planning on ramping up the effects since his king just arrived and he lost someone who he cared about a lot. It's a perfect storm to push him toward more power overuse if there ever was one!

Cato would be giving him cryptic warnings about madness, because he was alone for so many decades he just spent every day hallucinating his crew was there. Full psychotic break.

They can maybe be buddies in practicing the powers or something because if Cato found out someone was at risk of that nightmare he'd want to grab them and sit them down to work on control so they don't go through what he did.

That would be great! Usually, Ignis isn't the reckless sort, but Sleep has been pushing all his buttons lately, so the same recklessness that caused him to lose his vision in canon is running free in his head right now.

Usually, he's the levelheaded one, but right now he needs someone to be levelheaded at him!

You have no idea how well this syncs up bc the episode with the time shard happened because Cato piloted the ship recklessly through a field of time anomalies and he was the one that hit the shard. He jumped in and took the wheel when he should've let one of the adults do it (because he was a good pilot but some of them were better) and then preened about his victory a second too soon.

His own impulsiveness doomed him to those 60 years alone. He got less impulsive after.

This will be such a funny dynamic, the teen boy going like "whoooooa can you cool your jets, or else X might happen to you" bc he happened to get reckless at a younger age and learned from it.
